If I wanted to see timers countdown, I could just buy two hourglasses and turn them both over at the same time and see which one runs out first. a game is something that pits you and another player in a competition of skill or intellect. I mean look at it from this perspective, these build a city to conquer other cities are just resource and effect timers. I just wonder how long games that aren't really games at all are going to be tolerated before someone fines their companies or people just stop playing them.
